Returns & Exchanges

As a small business (like one person, with the help of some great friends, family, and fellow New Englanders), managing returns and exchanges can be tough. That said, it is also incredibly important to us that our customers are excited about their purchases and will put our products to use for years to come. Each piece we create is crafted with care and attention to detail, but we understand that sometimes the fit just isn’t quite right or for whatever reason, it just ain’t it.

We accept returns for all full-priced items purchased online for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 10 days of delivery. Please keep in mind that all returned and exchanged merchandise must be in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, and without alterations. Sale items, gift cards, and some limited-edition pieces will be labeled final sale on the website and cannot be returned or exchanged.
